• + Step 1: Roll the dough to approximately 6 mm (1/4 inch) thick.

• Pro Tip: Chill the dough for about 30 minutes before rolling, or lightly dust it with flour to help prevent sticking.

• + Step 2: Press the stamp (embosser) firmly into the dough.

• + Step 3: Position the cutter around the stamped design.

• + Step 4: Remove the stamp, then press the cutter down to cut through the dough.

• + Step 5: Remove the excess dough and bake according to your cookie recipe. A typical guideline is 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes.

• + Step 6: Allow the cookies to cool completely before decorating, serving, or packaging.
